-ASSISTANT CASH MANAGER - CORPORATE ACCOUNTING -Job Summary:Assist
Cash Manager with various banking duties interfacing with bank
relationships, various departments, and executives. Previous
experience with banking processes, documentation, and online
banking systems helpful. Ideal candidate should be comfortable with
technology and have excellent communication skills. -Essential
Duties & Responsibilities:--- Assist the Cash Manager with opening
new bank accounts, collecting legal documentation and preparing
bank documents --- Review and update bank documentation ---- Assist
with the implementation of new online bank platforms and
services--- Manage and maintain users' entitlements and access on
current online banking platforms--- Assist staff with issues on
multiple online banking platforms--- Train staff on the procedures
related to the use of various online banking platforms --- Review
monthly bank analysis of services and fees, prepare corresponding
billings --- Set up and maintain positive pay and fraud protection
services--- Serve as a back-up for the Cash Manager --- Assist and
provide training for users on various online banking systems---
Make bank deposits via remote deposit scanner --- Assist team
members in maintaining remote deposit scanners and providing user
assistance --- Assist in reviewing daily positive pay exceptions---
Generate a satisfactory level of work product output and meet
departmental reporting deadlines--- Work collaboratively within the
department and with internal and external customers -Education
and/or Experience:--- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year
college or university; or one to two years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.--- Two years of banking or banking-related experience.
-Other Qualifications: --- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
including intermediate MS Excel skills, SharePoint, and Teams. -We
