The Financial Analyst position is an exciting position to work directly with senior management and contribute to key investment decisions. Primary responsibilities include financial and market analysis, due diligence on new investments and ongoing project asset management. This position is based in Newport Beach, California.

Specific responsibilities:

• Assist in proforma analysis and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
• Update cash flow models for existing assets under management
• Assist project managers with investor reports
• Compile and update market data for existing assets under management
• Assist accounting personnel and project managers in approval of investor budgets
• Prepare project budgets and cash flows for lenders
• Perform other related duties as assigned
  Requirements:
  • Bachelor' s Degree required: Degree in finance, economics, or business preferred
  • Two to four years of experience in financial analysis within real estate or alternative investment firms
  • Analytical experience within financial models for real estate investments preferred Jennifer Hannigan, CPA
