Our client is a globalleader in active fixed income. TheirAlternatives Funds Tax Team is seeking to add a Tax Associate to focus on tax compliance for its private equity funds and other responsibilities in the tax department. This person will mainly focus on tax compliance for its private equity funds and other responsibilities in the tax department.What to know:

• Work-life balance Tax Associate Responsibilities :
  
  • Support in review and oversight of the estimated and final K-1 preparation and distribution process
  • Assist in review and oversight of the preparation of all federal, state, and local tax return work papers, estimates, and projections for partnership and corporate entities within the private equity investment structure
  • Help with FATCA and CRS and FBAR compliance
  • Coordinate with and manage outside tax advisors and service providers Tax Associate Qualifications :
    
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of public accounting experience or comparable tax experience and a CPA or master's in taxation
    • Tax technical skills, including partnership tax forms (K-1 and 1065) and specific experience with hedge and private equity funds, debt, and credit instruments There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
