Get your career moving in the right direction by joining an innovative company via Robert Half.Responsibilities- Analyze and create Ad Hoc financial reports- Support implementation and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures- Backfill for Controller when necessary- Support the accounting team during the closing process to confirm deadlines are met- Developed preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits- Make relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like actual spend against budgets/outlook, the monthly flash report, and key financial metrics- Uphold to ensure a competent, trained staff through development, regular assessment, and goal setting- Confirm regular account reconciliation to completion- Name and create process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency- Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures- Help with the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting- Encourage accountability and the meeting of deliverables- Perform other duties when necessary
