Given the consistent and continued growth, we are looking for the best and brightest to drive strategic business decisions. As the Sr Analyst on the Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and refining the long range, driver based, financial model which supports financial planning, analytics, and insights. Your work will directly impact the company-wide annual planning and quarterly forecast by helping to define the financial roadmap for the business.
This role will report to the Manager, Corporate FP&A, and will have a high level of visibility throughout the finance and operating leadership teams.
At Compass You Will:

• Maintain and build-out the company-wide financial model and assist with the company's three statement long range plan, including detailed P&L and cash flow projections
• Assist in coordinating the company-wide quarterly reforecast process and annual planning cycle working with senior leaders across the organization
• Establish and lead capital planning process to evaluate investment decisions across the company
• Partner with members of the senior management team and other company leaders on assessing and analyzing critical business decisions
• Provide analytical, financial modeling and decision-making support for ad-hoc analyses as needed
• Lead cash flow analysis for multiple funds and support Reporting Manager on 10Q/K filingsWhat We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in Public Accounting, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, FP&A and/or Investment Banking
  • Commercial real estate exposure
  • Must possess excellent analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations for senior management and other stakeholders
  • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach. Ability and desire to be hands on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
