Job Summary:The Jr. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will have knowledge of accounting principles and be able to analyze financial data to identify trends and insights. This role will also assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for the executive team.Key Responsibilities:--- Collaborate with business partners to support the budgeting and forecasting process--- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement--- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for the executive team--- Work with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and analysis--- Help maintain financial models and assist in the development of new financial models to support business decisions--- Support ad-hoc analysis requests as neededRequirements:--- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field--- Strong understanding of accounting principles--- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting--- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel--- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis--- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills--- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team--- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsThis is a non-exempt hourly position with a salary range of $60,000.
