Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant/Property Accountant for a direct hire position with our client located in Newport Beach. - Great opportunity for a Staff Accountant with 1-2 years of hands on accounting experience. - This will be a hybrid opportunity. -

Pay up to $75,000

Staff Accountant/Property Accountant:

• Will be responsible for the full accounting for 25-30 properties including multi-family, office, hotel and retail
• Prepare the monthly dashboards for the properties, including portfolio wide reports regarding the performance of each property
• Cash flow variances, balance sheets, monthly reconciliations and ad-hoc reports
• Prepare and post the monthly journal entries
• Assist with the review of the monthly property cash forecast
• Monthly end-close process and financial statement preparations
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• Real estate or property management experience is preferred -
• Intermediate Excel (vlookup and pivot table experience required)
