Overview This position will be responsible for providing focused coverage for reporting, investment implementation, and custom analysis. This position is required to work onsite, with some flexibility for certain positions after completion of the training period. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client specific reporting
  • Generate client reviews so the Advisors can review the data on a monthly, quarterly, and on an ad hoc basis
  • Maintain and review eMoney to ensure everything is linked and up-to-date
  • Work with the Advisor on building any custom reports
  • Build proposals for existing clients and prospects
  • Assist in scheduling meetings for Advisors
  • Source data for Quarterly/Annual market outlook and submit to compliance for review and approval
  • Portfolio Maintenance
  • Review and monitor portfolio drift, cash, and targets
  • Establish and maintain client portfolio models
  • Identify positions to donate or TLH to reduce clients taxes
  • Provide regular portfolio analysis to Advisors, custodian(s), and clients
  • Financial Planning & Special Analysis
  • Enter and model financial planning techniques in eMoney
  • Assist Financial Planners with legal entity mapping and balance sheet upkeep
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Reporting & Operations
  • Asset class rebalances coordinating with Advisors and Client Service Associates
  • Strategy-level rebalances - coordinating with Advisors and Client Service Associates
  • Support with generating Advisor efficiency metrics
  • Report on outside Alternative Investments, monitor capital calls and distributions
  • Link outside accounts (Data Aggregation)
  • Participate in the administration of summer internship and on-campus internship programs
  • Manage data in the CRM (SalesForce)
  • Collaborate with accounting and investment teams to make sure capital calls, distributions, tax documents, and more are tracked and received
  • Update and maintain advisory marketing materials (Pitch Deck, Proposal Tool, etc.) Requirements
    • Bachelors degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Finance
    • Exceptional analytical skills with significant knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and functions required to manage and audit large data sets
    • Ability to be organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Set high quality standards and strive for continues improvement and quality assurance
    • Passion for problem solving, both individually and as part of a team Pay Information This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $64,000-96,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
