• 2+ years (s) success working as an Accounts Receivable Accountant and/or Collections Specialist.
• 2+ years (s) of experience with accounting systems. Such as Microsoft Dynamics GP + Bill.com.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or 5+ years in an accounting department.3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:
  • Prepare invoices and bill clients using the latest information from our ATS (applicant tracking system).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high collections.
  • Filling out applicable forms as needed for vendor programs.What you need to be GREAT at this Job:
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills and comprehensive knowledge of the accounting industry to explain payment terms and policies to our clients.
