Job Description:
Ascent Data Services is seeking a seasoned Vice President of
Loan Servicing to lead and enhance our loan servicing operations
within the Banking and Financial Services sector. Our VP will be
instrumental in driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance
with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional service to
our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background
in loan servicing management, a track record of strategic
leadership, and the ability to integrate technology solutions to
improve business processes. Oversee the day-to-day operations of
the loan servicing department, ensuring compliance with all
governmental and regulatory policies. Develop and implement
strategies to enhance loan servicing functions and optimize client
satisfaction. Manage a team of loan servicing professionals,
providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to leverage technology
in improving loan servicing processes. Monitor and analyze trends
in loan servicing and financial markets to anticipate changes and
adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure accurate and timely reporting
of loan servicing activities to senior management and regulatory
bodies. Collaborate with risk management to identify, assess, and
mitigate risks associated with loan servicing. Strong leadership
and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of loan servicing
practices and regulatory compliance Proficiency in using loan
servicing software and platforms Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple
tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in data-driven decision making Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Loan Servicing
Professional (CLSP) preferred Relevant certifications in financial
management or compliance
