Additionally, they will oversee back office medical assistant responsibilities, ensuring smooth and effective healthcare service delivery.*FRONT OFFICE:** Front desk reception, answer phones and schedule appointments* Greets patients and assist with signing in* Files and maintains medical and financial records* Verify insurance eligibility* Process outside referrals and authorizations management* Performs other position related duties as assigned* Calls in prescriptions to the pharmacy* Uses communication skills with appropriate medical terminology* Follows appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct*Qualifications and Skills:** Minimally 1 year of MA experience* MA Certified* BLS Certified* Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese3.2Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* PediatricsSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble
