DOUGLAS ELLIMAN REAL ESTATEJOB DESCRIPTION -- -MARKETING COORDINATOR -Position: - - - - - - - - - - -Marketing CoordinatorLocation: - - - - - - - - - -Newport Beach, Orange County, CaliforniaSchedule: - - - - -Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (in office)Reports to: - - - - - -Senior Director of Marketing, Western Region -POSITION PURPOSE -As Marketing Coordinator, you will operate as the main point of day to day contact for the agents at Douglas Elliman's Orange County offices.You will be involved in multiple aspects of the business, with a focus on accountability and follow-through for the implementation and support of agent marketing requests. You will consult with agents daily to identify their marketing needs and help them execute tactics to deliver on those needs successfully and efficiently. The role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the entire California marketing team on diverse, high-impact projects.You will be responsible for high volume of day-to-day communications with real estate agents. This position will be heavily focused on outstanding client services and guiding marketing projects from start to finish; provide value and marketing expertise to make agents marketing efforts more efficient and more effective.Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, creative, and must be able to prioritize and manage a decent workload in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Requires experience multi-tasking, managing independent projects, and working well with a team. Strong written/verbal communication skills, organizational and customer service skills a must. Real estate experience is required. May perform other duties as assigned. -ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ---- - - - - - - - -Coordinates, inputs and manages marketing projects for agents.--- - - - - - - - -Liaise with the company's design team and agents to communicate and coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials.--- - - - - - - - -Work with our Marketing Managers and Senior Director of Marketing, Western Region for local agent onboarding needs, including coordinating and managing new agent welcome campaigns.--- - - - - - - - -Work with Art Director and creative team on the local e-mail platform and account set-up for local agents.--- - - - - - - - -Stay informed on local property sales and new listings.--- - - - - - - - -Communicate with agents daily to ensure all real estate marketing needs are being met. - -
