• - Upbeat, adaptable, and results oriented with a positive attitude Description We are looking for a Quality Automation Engineer who can work and contribute towards the automation and testing of Apple Media technologies in the TDG Media QA team. In this role, you will develop and maintain automation using python and Swift frameworks and execute tests for new Media features using an understanding of network and media streaming technologies. You will work very closely with development and cross-functional teams to ensure Media Playback and experience quality and performance is of the highest level. You will cover a broad span of test areas involving functional, performance, and reliability testing. Responsibilities of this role will include manual and automated testing, writing automated test cases, triage of issues, reporting on project progress, and risk analysis. Education & Experience BS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience Additional Requirements
  • Experience with testing consumer electronics, mobile applications and experiences
  • Knowledge of Apple Platform development using Xcode, Swift, and Objective C preferred but not necessary
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $113,500 and $207,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
