The Role:

As our Social Media & Content Creation Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand's presence across various digital platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity for a college student eager to dive into the world of real estate and develop a robust portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and growing our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Shadow team members at various events, listings for sale, and lease properties to capture engaging content.
Contribute to content creation for all aspects of real estate, including market trends, property showcases, and promotional material.
Attend and document several yearly events, including Mega Open House events, community and school-sponsored events, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative social media strategies.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in college with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field. (No Real Estate Experience Necessary)
A strong understanding and proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Interest and enthusiasm for the real estate industry.
