Our Teachers promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under their care and work with the school's staff to create an environment of learning and keeps parents informed of the progress of their child.

Job Responsibilities:

* Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as a mentor
* Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards
* Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child
* Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized

Job Requirements:

* Passion for and experience working with children
* Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
* Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans for Lead positions
* Qualified Lead Teachers have: 12 ECE Units & 6 months paid experience in a childcare center or similar field
* Assistant Teachers have: A minimum of 6 completed units and 6 months paid experience
* Teacher's Aide: Does not need any units but hopefully working on becoming qualified!

Compensation & Benefits:

_Pay based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay option: Lead Teacher: $17.58 - $26.37/Teacher: $16.28 - $22.97/Assistant Teacher: $15.50 - $21.71_
