VDT is seeking a QA Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will set an example of collaboration,
technical ability, thoroughness, and quality while you work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners. Our ideal candidate is driven by curiosity and passion for product quality, a drive to take on challenging and exciting projects as well as an unrelenting commitment to improve products, tools, and processes.
Location: Onsite or Hybrid
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement testing plans for products
• Drive strategies and methods to improve test plans and processes.
• Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
• Shape new features and products through exploratory and destructive testing.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners on feature documentation and comprehensive test
• plans.
• Verify consistency in releases with a meticulous eye for visual-based testing across different
• devices, and browsers.
• Drive and own stable production releases/patches, through clear communication with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  Minimum Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in certifying, and driving consistent releases, as well as delivering within short
  • release cycles.
  • Highly methodical test discipline in functional and visual testing across different browsers and
  • platforms.
  • Able to work independently and be flexible with changing priorities and simultaneous projects;
  • strong ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of Agile software development life cycle methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong interpersonal skills; ability to
  • communicate and work well with every department in the company.

  • Able to sit or stand for long hours at a time
