SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent technical knowledge within the field
of civil engineering. Coordinates, writes, and/or edits
specifications as applied to civil engineering. Strong leadership
skills can meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to
clients. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally and with integrity. Strong
planning, organizing, time management, and multi-tasking skills,
with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to
work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced
environment. Ability to self-manage projects from start to finish,
with oversight. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking
ability. Ability to work independently as well as in a
collaborative team environment. Proficient in current versions of
Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio or Form-Z, Photoshop, MS Word, and MS
Excel. Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes,
zoning codes, and approval processes related to civil engineering.
Thorough understanding of building systems and site requirements
related to civil engineering (Structural, MEP, Civil & Geo-Tech).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's or master's degree in
engineering. 5 years of experience. Licensure in engineering is
preferred.
