Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing them with the necessary training and support to ensure their professional growth. 3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 4. Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and routine maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment. 5. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. 6. Maintain records of maintenance work and repairs, utilizing this data to predict future maintenance needs and to develop strategies for improving the longevity and performance of equipment. 7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in maintenance technology and processes, incorporating these into our operations where applicable. Qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role within the engineering industry. 3. Extensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment operations, and safety regulations. 4. Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications. 5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train and motivate a team. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with various departments and levels of management. 8.
