construction Services is seeking motivated and passionate
Engineering Interns to join our team. The Project Engineer Intern
will support environmental construction projects by assisting
project managers and field teams with planning, coordination,
documentation, and compliance activities. This role provides
hands-on exposure to environmental services within the construction
industry, including site preparation, environmental controls,
regulatory compliance, and project execution. The intern will gain
practical experience in project engineering fundamentals,
environmental best practices, and construction operations while
working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities
Assist project managers and project engineers with day-to-day
project coordination Support environmental construction activities
such as erosion and sediment control, site remediation, and
environmental compliance measures Review and help maintain project
documentation, including drawings, submittals, permits, and reports
Assist with quantity take-offs, material tracking, and cost
monitoring Participate in site visits to observe construction
activities and environmental controls Help track schedules,
milestones, and deliverables Assist with quality control and safety
documentation Support communication between field crews,
subcontractors, and project management Help ensure projects meet
environmental regulations, contract requirements, and company
standards Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s
degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering,
Construction Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
Strong interest in environmental services and construction projects
Basic understanding of construction processes and environmental
regulations (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel,
Word, Outlook); familiarity with construction software is a plus
Familiarity with civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, or
Civil 3D) is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as
part of a team Willingness to work in field and office environments
Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship experience or
coursework in civil engineering is an advantage. Familiarity with
construction project management processes. Ability to work on
multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. What You’ll Gain
