Job Description:
We are Lockheed Martin Lockheed Martin Aeronautics located at
Edwards AFB, CA is seeking a full-time Mid-Level Career Sensor
Fusion Engineer. In this role, you will lead, plan, and participate
in real-time activities during flight test execution. Lead a small
team in technical planning and integration of test requirements
into test plans and execute flight test from a mission control room
using telemetered data. You will interface with AFFTC and NAWCAD
engineers in support of writing flight test plans, safety plans,
flight test card development, participate in briefs/debriefs,
problem reporting, risk reduction, and collecting and analyzing
flight test data for verification and validation, risk, and
supportability and effectiveness analyses purposes. You will
interact with the Verification Team and Discipline Integrated
Product Teams at Fort Worth, TX. You will actively participate in
problem identification, system defect report generation, analysis,
and resolution; assist with collection, distribution and analysis
of data acquired during flight test missions for own ship and other
participating organizations. The successful candidate will have
experience and/or knowledge of Sensor Systems. Must be a US
Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires

here. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited
college in Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or
Computer Science - 6 years of Aerospace/Defense or related
experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a
related discipline. - Demonstrated application in Systems
Integration - Demonstrated application in supporting Flight Test -
Demonstrated application in data collection or analysis (FATMOPS,
MATLAB, Tableau, Python, Windows applications, Windows Platforms) -
Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a
permanent resident. This position will require a government
security clearance. This position is located at a facility that
requires special programs access. - Active Secret clearance with
investigation no more than 5 years Desired skills - Demonstrated
authoring of test cards, test plans, and system defects -
Experience with IADS real time and test data request post flight
test tools - Self-starter with demonstrated written and verbal
communication skills - Ability to work in a collaborative and
team-based environment - Quick learner and proactive in resolving
issues - Ability to work in a high paced, at times high stress,
dynamic team environment - Knowledge of Flight Test Operations is a
plus - Knowledge of F35 Fusion system is a plus - Knowledge of JIRA

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
