Job Description:
Email/Web Campaign Manager An ePlus customer is looking for an
Email/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to help support their
email and web campaign strategy. This position plays an essential
role on the Digital Team by providing the technical execution
necessary to operate marketing channels responsible for driving
traffic to the core web experience. The ideal candidate will have
several years of experience in email production leveraging the
Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution and the ability to create web
campaign pages via a CMS platform. He/She should exhibit excellent
technical and communication skills and thrive on managing
production-oriented tasks. JOB SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage
production of multiple email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing
Cloud Campaign coding using HTML/CSS/Ampscript A/B or multivariate
tests and campaign versioning Dynamic and/or personalized module
insertions Email QA for content and rendering across email clients
and mobile devices Set up email creative for internal team QA and
approval Handle change requests quickly and efficiently Schedule
deployment and complete post-deployment checks Develop new
data-driven campaigns, and personalization initiatives leveraging
SFMC Pull and help define complex segments queries via SQL Partner
and collaborate with other members of the production/operations
team to ensure knowledge sharing and process efficiencies Ability
to edit, create and manage website campaign pages via a CMS
environment Ability to track and report on campaign performance

(Supervisors, Charge Nurse, Lead), establish clear objectives and
measure/monitor progress and results related to
department/organization goals and initiatives. Utilize industry
standards and benchmarks to measure quality and increase customer
satisfaction. Hospital/Department Policies Comply with annual
health evaluation without a reminder. Attend required department
and hospital meetings. Maintain CPR, certifications (BLS, ACLS,
NALS, PALS, E.P., etc.) per hospital policy. Maintain current
license, certification, and registration Complete annual
"house-wide mandatories" per hospital/department requirements.
Complete competencies per department requirements within expected
timeframes. Perform job within hospital/patient safety standards
(e.g. codes, fire, disaster, etc.) Perform job in safe manner to
avoid injury to self and others, illnesses, and exposure to
blood/body fluids, wear personal protective equipment, and uses
appropriate safety products. Maintain a personal dress standard in
keeping with hospital/department policy and wear approved name
badge. Demonstrate knowledge of and practices the hospital and
department policies and operating procedures. This knowledge may
include the use of specialized instrumentation, Quality Control
requirements, and preventative maintenance. Demonstrate knowledge
of and practices the standards outlined in Code of conduct as well
as additional regulatory or compliance policies applicable to their
job responsibilities. Take timely action in response to any matter
which raises a suspicion that a violation of law or policy has
occurred. JOB QUALIFICATIONSRequired: Must have 3+ years of
experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in support of an
email marketing program (Email Studio and Automation Studio;
Journey Builder a plus) Strong CRM operations background managing
multiple campaigns and different data requirements 2+ years of
experience with responsive HTML email development 2+ years
scripting experience via Javascript (front-end or server-side),
Ampscript, or similar language to generate/manipulate dynamic
content; big plus if you can craft a script without relying on a
framework 2+ years' experience building and/or maintaining
mobile-friendly web pages Proficient at reading and writing SQL
queries (SQL Server 2016 equivalent environment) Basic editing of
marketing creative materials using Adobe Photoshop Understanding of
relational databases concepts and JSON data structures Must excel
at managing multiple campaigns under tight timelines and pressure
Self-starter with the ability to communicate cross-functionally and
understand and articulate requirements. Education, Training and
Experience: High School or GED required A higher degree in Design
and/or PM level or Marketing preferred Physical Job Requirements
