Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy Job Description

You will oversee the Corporate Talent Acquisition (TA) team while executing strategic and organizational hiring goals for the entire organization. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into talent acquisition solutions and will leverage resources to achieve effective sourcing strategies. Fosters a high-performance culture through an ability to inspire and motivate direct reports to source top talent.

Designs and implements an integrated sourcing strategy to optimize and drive a best-in-class recruitment program to meet current talent needs and future business growth
Develop and implement recruitment marketing to effectively define and utilize innovative recruitment marketing practices and leverage technology
Lead and develop workforce development strategies and implementation of the action plans tied to our key strategic priorities including internships and early career
Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and a more advanced, efficient, and cost-effective recruitment process
Develops and evaluates overall recruitment productivity standards to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently with top external or internal talent and identifies opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and/or quality of hire
Leverages data, including predictive analytics, to anticipate and to respond to business demands, external market conditions, and determine areas of focus, and scale the team appropriately
Oversees partnerships with vendors and ensures cost-effective, high-tech solutions are in place to provide excellent service to the TA team
Drive the design and delivery of programs to provide participants with a meaningful experience resulting in attracting and converting top talent
Analyze program success and create a set of improvement recommendations. (eg Employee Referral program, internship program, etc)
Partner with business leaders and PE Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics across the organization
Drive scaling strategies, market expansion plans, and alternative pipelines
Synthesize candidate trends to help inform and drive future talent initiatives with cross-functional partners

Bachelor's degree or years of related work experience
Master's degree and/or SHRM certification(s) preferred
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
5-8 years of supervisory experience in a large enterprise environment
Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing environment
