    Vanity Planet, a leader in all-inclusive skincare and beauty devices is hiring a Retention Marketing Manager with proven direct-to-consumer chops to drive strategy and vision for all retention marketing channels. You'll have the opportunity to create exciting email and SMS campaigns that engages our audience and will play an instrumental role in defining the long-term strategy and sustained growth of our customer base. Our winning candidate utilizes A/B and multivariate testing as a means to optimize and rapidly improve retention campaigns, all while keeping the overarching business goals in focus and Vanity Planet ahead of the competition.     Day-to-Day as Retention Marketing Manager:
    • Develop and execute and manage lifecycle marketing initiatives including triggered emails, trickle campaigns, reengagement, and other automated email flows
    • Own and report key metrics related to engagement, retention, and churn
    • Evaluate new platforms and opportunities to help increase customer segmentation, automation, and personalization, and create relevant reporting and analytics by regularly researching channel trends and performing competitive analysis
    • Maintain email and SMS databases deliverability, monitoring list health and growth and identity. Target and analyze customer segments and audience
    • Partner with eCommerce and Marketing leadership to identify retention gaps, develop campaigns & strategies to increase repeat purchases, customer LTV, and brand affinity
    • Use CRM management to develop a better understanding of our consumers and create targeted and triggered emails, as well as recommend other channels
      What You Bring as Retention Marketing Manager:
      • 2+ years of proven direct-response email marketing experience
      • Proficiency in email/SMS marketing software (Klaviyo and Attentive preferred)
      • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Adobe CS, Google Analytics
      • Knowledge of A/B testing strategies, multivariate email deployment, and strong understanding of segmentation strategies for DTC performance marketing
      • Strong organization, attention to detail, robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a KPI and customer-centric approach
      • Storytelling: know what it takes to bring a message strategy together in a way that tells a clear, engaging story around Vanity Planet's value proposition
