Job DescriptionTwenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking a Chief People Officer. This newly created role will be a partner to the CEO and the leadership team to develop and implement the company's strategy for organizational culture, inclusion, diversity, and growth. The CPO will lead the effort in creating an inspired workplace and oversee all elements of people related functions including business partnerships, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, HR systems and operations, risk management and compliance throughout the Company portfolio. Responsibilities:Create and lead the People functions and Culture of the organization throughout the company Craft and execute the appropriate people development strategies and ensure execution for key talent processes - talent assessments, organizational planning, leadership development and other key interventions Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships within the company to ensure a coordinated and cohesive work product and consistent approach to managing policies and proceduresLead the charge on all things Culture and living our culture Bring the Twenty4Seven associate culture to life, with an eye on overall team member experience Ensures processes are established to efficiently manage Associate relations issues across the company while establishing positive employer-associate relationships and promoting a high level of Associate morale and motivation Leads the development and execution of a strong and consistent riskbased compliance monitoring program Collaborate with other internal areas including Information Technology, Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Risk Management, and other Control Functions to address compliance issues which may impact the supported hotelsLeads the preparation, revision and maintenance of Compliance program-related materials, including the creation of metrics and reporting of monitored results to Senior LeadershipProvides strategic advice and counsel to the organization's CEO, Executive Team, and hotel teams on diversity, equity, and inclusion-related issues. Collaborates with Senior leaders on Volunteer DE&I initiatives to ensure that the team's inclusive practices are in line with and work in tandem with those for our hotel teams Key contributor in developing high level, cross functional initiatives centered around cultivating an inclusive workplace environment that successfully engages, develops, retains and attracts a diverse workforce, while fostering inclusion and a sense of belonging for team members at all levels Directs and oversees all talent management programs and any organizational development initiatives, including, but not limited to, organizational values and/or principles, workforce planning & analysis, succession planning and career development, performance management systems, learning management systems, and associate engagement initiatives Oversees training and development activities that are provided to both field and corporate staff Identify, manage and resolve potential risks related to human resource management throughout the company Attracts, builds and retains a best-in-class human resources team Guides, coaches, counsels, develops and inspires direct reports, corporate staff and property-level workforce(s) to promote teamwork, maximize productivity and achieve excellence in both quality and serviceQualifications:10+ years of experience, of which at least: 5+ years of experience in HR leadership functions and 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations or other strong business leadership roles Solid understanding of Risk and Compliance and HR programs, including compensation, performance management and leadership development Very strong analytical skills High EQ, cultural awareness and compassion Hands-on approach with experience making things happen Ability to build positive relationship with internal customers in the field and at the Corporate Office Proven ability to work confidentially and with discretion required Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws; California-specific experience required Ability to travel locally and overnight up to 20% of the time Our Perks: Highly competitive salary 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Ancillary BenefitsPaid Time Off, Paid Sick TimeOpportunity for Advancement, Job TrainingAssociate Referral Program, Hotel Discounts #Hcareers247Hotels:An entrepreneurial and spirited hospitality company, Twenty Four Seven Hotels delivers highly specialized services in hotel management, investment and development.
