    The Regional Memory Support Director position designs and supports the delivery of programs, processes, and policies to meet resident care needs across the portfolio of Clearwater Living communities focusing on the Memory Support program. - This role designs the programs, processes, and policies regarding Memory Support services, including pharmacy support, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and programs and processes to support effective and respectful care. - The position is also responsible for managing the revenue and cost structures for care, enhancing revenue for services provided, and creating staffing models that matches the care needs of residents to the staffing patterns and resource levels of the Memory Support Directors, nurses, medication technicians and care givers.
    Annual Salary: 93k-113k

    • Designs and documents company-wide, quality programming to establish memory support services
    • Analyzes resident care needs in each community
    • Drives revenue through care services
    • Develops, documents, and supports the implementation of Clearwater Policies & Procedures for all Memory Support Services
    • Maintains current expertise on regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with and understanding of same in the communities
    • Sets the standards of performance for care staff and assists in the hiring and training of Memory Support Directors in the communities
    • Assists in the delivery of job skills training for Memory Support Directors and other memory support team members as required
    • Participates in the creation of budgets at the communities and the home office for memory support-related areas
    • Oversees the annual review of each community's compliance with both federal & state regulations and Clearwater policies. -
    • Works with the Memory Support Directors to assist the community staff in creating and implementing a plan of action to resolve/improve identified issues -
    • Provides timely communication to Operations Leader and/or Executive Director regarding community issues and any changes to care services policies, processes, programs and regulations -
    • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or required


      • Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Gerontology or related field.
      • Three (3) years hands-on dementia / Alzheimer's activity program facilitation experience
      • Minimum 2 years management experience in a comparable healthcare setting
      • Registered Nurse or LVN preferred
      • Multi-site responsibility preferred
      • Experience in senior living preferred
