The position reports into Head of Sales for North America and is based in California. In this position you will:

• Visiting customers and organizing their visits at our Givaudan sites.
• Presenting Givaudan's latest Active and Specialties Ingredients, with a scientific biology angle.
• Analyzing and making recommendations for the products and technologies offered.
• Coordinating with R&D the preparation of specific scientific presentations.

  • Minimum 2 years of Technology or Scientific sales in Cosmetic Actives /Specialties Ingredients.
  • Significant expertise and network at Cosmetics North American Accounts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Bio-chemistry, or similar experience (required)
  • Ability to think proactively and have a strong customer focus
  • Very good negotiating, networking and organizational skills.
  • Team Player - ability to work in a team, effectively interact with all departments and be a self-starter
