seeking a Project Manager with a positive, collaborative work style
for our Retail Studio in our Newport Beach, CA office.The ideal
candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious, creative
Project Manager who is passionate about design & implementation and
is looking to improve the performance of our clients through
creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas. -A position you'll
love:
- You'll be working on multiple projects for a large corporate
client at the same time.
- You will have client relationship duties.
- Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the
account.
- Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of
work.
- You will be working with a team to produce and execute
extraordinary work.
- You'll be responsible for client interaction, team
coordination, consultant coordination and quality control.
- Your work will include a variety of tasks including design,
production and construction administration responsibilities.Ideal
candidates will have the following Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited
university;
- California architectural license preferred or on registration
track;
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Architecture with a
minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role;
- Experience managing multiple Supermarket & Retail projects
simultaneously;
- Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are
a must; and
- Proficiency and ability to draw in AutoCAD OR
Revit***Anticipated salary range for this position: $95,500 -
