Programming and Partnerships Manager, The Elwood ClubSUMMARYThe Programming and Partnership Manager is responsible for outreach, oversight and management of the programming and strategic partnerships for The Elwood Club to ensure a best-in-class experience for the members. They must ensure that day-of event coordination, set-up and execution is going according to plan. The Manager must ensure all programming is aligned to The Elwood Club and Pendry brands and all events are aligned with brand narrative.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Secure talent for events and programming and constant outreach to brand aligned contacts/partners.
  • Focus on pre-event coordination to ensure that day-of production is seamless
  • Finalize timeline of events, arrivals details, hospitality requirements, AV/tech needs, etc. alongside Production team.
  • Provide Membership department with member focused activities (ie Forums, offsite, Communal dinners, Musical performances, Fitness etc).
  • Assist in managing programming calendar regarding schedule and balanced content
  • Organize marketing collateral alongside production team; compile info from talent & submit design request forms for marketing collateral (including but not limited to: invitations, monthly newsletter, boards, etc.)
  • Approve copy for programming collateral before it goes out (Newsletter, Screens, Folded Calendars, Programs).
  • Participate in walk-throughs with partners and talent
  • Focus on local artists, but is an available opportunity to artists in all geographic locations.
  • Oversee divisional matters as they relate to federal, state and local employment and civil rights laws.
  • Interact positively with guests promoting hotel facilities and services. Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties. Maintain communication with all departments to ensure guest service needs are met.
  • Provide support of a specialist nature to the Executive Committee.QUALIFICATIONS
    • Being comfortable in conversing with talent, members, guests and potential members regarding events and our various programs and amenities -
    • Must always be a positive and articulate ambassador of the brand
    • Highly organized & detail-oriented
    • Able to flourish while working against deadlines
    • Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
    • MS Office Suite including PPT and Excel
    • Efficient with Google Calendar/Docs/Outlook/Chrome
    • An interest in arts, culture, fitness, food and entertainment is desired
    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree -
    • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Programming Events/productionPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMost work tasks are performed indoors. Position requires walking and giving direction most of the working day. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. frequently. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.
      The pay scale for the Programming and Partnership Manager is $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 . The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
