Overview
You will be in the unique position of being the liaison between our
Chief Operation Officer, Real Estate Development Director, and
vendors based in our Newport Beach, CA, headquarters. In this role,
you will be called on to be highly organized and efficient while
maintaining the highest level of professionalism. - Your role will
support existing, ongoing, and upcoming TI projects. Success in
this role means you embrace new challenges, are willing to ask
questions to fully understand new concepts and can effectively
pivot to meet the needs of the business.About the Role

Targeted base compensation range: $75,000-100,000.
The total compensation package is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
