You will be in the unique position of being the liaison between our Chief Operation Officer, Real Estate Development Director, and vendors based in our Newport Beach, CA, headquarters. In this role, you will be called on to be highly organized and efficient while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. - Your role will support existing, ongoing, and upcoming TI projects. Success in this role means you embrace new challenges, are willing to ask questions to fully understand new concepts and can effectively pivot to meet the needs of the business.About the Role

• Coordinating material orders, status tracking, and maintain vendor communication
• Stay current on project timelines, action items, and attend weekly meetings
• Coordinate the creation of SOPs for maintaining furnishings, and finishes in each location
• Partner with property managers and internal teams to maintain locations post build
• Provide administrative support to the COO and Real Estate Development DirectorWhat You Will Bring to the Team

  • You possess strong time management skills and the ability to shift priorities efficiently.
  • You can communicate clearly and effectively.
  • You are curious, ask questions, and are ready to problem solve in the moment.
  • The ability to recognize building plans or read blueprints is a plus.

    Targeted base compensation range: $75,000-100,000.
    The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Being You at Lugano
