A company is looking for a Vice President of Strategic
Initiatives & Project Management Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensure alignment
with corporate strategy
Oversee the project management office, establishing governance and
best practices
Drive organizational alignment and change management across
departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a
related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience
5+ years leading strategic initiatives or PMO at the enterprise
level
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional
programs
