Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Student Services
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, staffing, budgeting, and expense management for
Student Services teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning to
enhance student experience and service quality
Mentor and develop staff while fostering a positive and engaging
work environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through
professional experience required
Minimum of 7 years of related work experience, including 3 years of
managerial experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for
process improvement
Proven record of effective management/supervision in a
customer-focused field
Master's Degree highly preferred
