Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee staff
and ensure quality care for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise staff and ensure compliance with safety and health care
procedures
Conduct performance reviews, staff training, and maintain
documentation
Manage staffing schedules and ensure appropriate deployment of
staff
Required Qualifications
One year of supervisory experience required
Previous experience with individuals with acquired brain injuries
preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or
related field, or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local
regulations
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
