This is a direct employment offer with flexible contracting provisions negotiated directly with the group manager, free of corporate restrictive contracting solutions We are one complete women care group, managing low and high risk pregnancies. Deliveries are done at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and Irvine, one of the highest ranked and safest hospitals in the country, placing you at fast track for rapid reputation building and safeguarding your liability risk.
Our practice has been designed AAGL Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology, further achieving SRC designations of Master Surgeon in Minimally Invasive Gynecology and Surgeon of Excellence in Robotic Surgery. We perform the widest range of Gynecology and Uno-gynecology surgeries compared with any other practice, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your surgical skills
We perform convenient in office non-stress testing, ultrasounds, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, cystoscopy, endometrial biopsy, endometrial ablation, urodynamic testing and much more, providing an excellent environment to practice the full scope of your profession, allowing you to maintain and complete your skills, generating enhanced revenue accordingly.
We offer:

• Guaranteed competitive salary for first 2 years, followed by options for continued employment under same conditions or associate contractor paid per productivity or shared partner. That guarantees a progressive model of income in which you can balance the workload with the desired quality of life depending on the moment necessities.
  
• Generous $25,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation bonus.

• Practice in charge of your own high end office averaging daily 15-20 appointments after the full volume potential is reached, with an average of 15 deliveries per months, without in-house calls requirements. The call coverage is flexible, either for own patients as needed or by rotation.
