OPEN POSITION:Physician - Vein DiseaseSCHEDULE OPTIONS:- Full-Time- Part-Time- Part-Time to Full-TimeOFFICE HOURS:- Monday through Friday- 9:00am to 5:00pm- No Nights- No Weekends- No On-CallCOMPENSATION:- $500,000 to $600,000 Annual Income- Generous Base Salary- Regular Bonus Payments- Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail Coverage- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- Generous Paid Time Off- Professional Expenses Paid- Full Package NegotiableLOCATION:Newport Beach, CaliforniaCOMPANY PROFILE:This private practice opened in 2015 and offers vein disease services in an upscale, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being privately owned by physicians, their offices offer providers the day-to-day comfort and autonomy of working in small private practice settings, while receiving the support of a multi-site, regional organization. They currently operate more than 15 offices in 4 states, boasting a staff of 20+ physicians who are supported by talented administrative and clinical team members, including dedicated trainers, advanced practice providers, and registered nurses. They are seeking new providers due to growth.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Physicians see an average of 20 patients per day with the support of on-site sonographers and clinical assistants, who also assist with charting and documentation.Specific duties consist of:- consultations- follow-up visits- VenaSeal- ClariVein- radiofrequency ablation- laser ablation- sclerotherapyThe practice sees patients for, among other conditions:- leg cramps- leg swelling- leg heaviness- spider veins- varicose veins- venous insufficiency- restless leg syndromeThe practice uses the NextTech EHR and is an all-digital environment.The practice will provide full training in the listed procedures. To facilitate training, applicants must have general vascular access experience, ideally placing ultrasound-guided IVs and/or central lines.There are no on-call, evening, or weekend duties, providing excellent work/life balance.
