Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to
provide outpatient services through a telehealth program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient mental health and substance use disorder
treatment through telehealth services
Conduct therapy and assessments in a remote setting
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment
plans
Required Qualifications
Masters in Counseling Degree with at least 6 months of therapy or
assessment experience
Must hold a valid LPC license in the state of Illinois
Comfortable with technology and adapting to a fast-paced
environment
Eligibility to work in the United States
Work from home space must ensure privacy for patient safety and
HIPAA compliance
