TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a
qualified Psych RN in Newport Beach, California, 92661! About The
Position We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN with a strong
background in psychiatry/behavioral health to provide
patient-centered care across Orange and Los Angeles Counties. In
this role, you will: Conduct start-of-care assessments, follow-ups,
and discharges for home health patients with behavioral health
needs. Provide psychological assessments and interventions ,
collaborating closely with patients, families, and
interdisciplinary teams. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
that promotes patient independence and wellness in the home
setting. Travel within a 20–30 mile radius of your home base to see

(required) Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience (required) Home
Health experience (preferred, strongly considered) Proficiency in
case management and care coordination Strong communication and
patient education skills Ability to work effectively within a
