Job Description Job Description Salary: DOE Home Health Therapists Needed Palm Springs, CA Physical Therapists (PT) | Occupational Therapists (OT) | Speech-Language Pathologists (ST/SLP) Billet Health is a growing home health agency seeking skilled, compassionate therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team serves primarily geriatric patients through a 9-week episode of care, providing therapy services that support safety, independence, and quality of liferight where patients are most comfortable: at home. As a new and expanding company, we are looking for PRN therapists who are excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up. Why Work With Billet Health? Total schedule flexibility you build your own caseload Choose how much you work: Full caseload Or just 23 visits per week Coordinate visits directly with patients Typical visit length: 4560 minutes Freedom to follow and keep patients you enjoy working with Supportive leadership and collaborative interdisciplinary care Therapists are offered visits as patients come onto service Physical Therapist (PT): Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and therapy visits Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Address strength, balance, gait, mobility, and fall prevention Collaborate with nursing and other disciplines to optimize outcomes Occupational Therapist (OT): Evaluate functional performance and safety in the home Address ADLs/IADLs, upper extremity function, and adaptive equipment Provide caregiver education and home safety recommendations Support patient independence and quality of life Speech-Language Pathologist (ST/SLP): Evaluate and treat communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized plans of care Educate patients and caregivers on strategies and safety Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team Qualifications Active PT, OT, or SLP license in the state of practice Current Physical Valid drivers license Valid auto insurance CPR/BLS certification Valid TB test: Skin test within the last year or Chest X-ray within the last five years Training Requirement Initial home health training requires one full week of availability (MondayFriday) Additional Details Care provided in the patients home or residential facility Pay rates based on a 20-mile radius from your home and include travel Additional compensation may be offered for patients outside your territory Joint Commissioncertified agency Job Type Part-Time Per Diem / PRN Medical Specialty: Home Health Work Location: On the road (Palm Springs area) Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible schedule
