Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking an experienced Specialty Unit Charge RN to lead our dedicated healthcare team. This position will oversee the nursing activities within our specialty units, ensuring that patient care is delivered effectively and in accordance with our high standards. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in nursing with the ability to manage and inspire a team, ensuring seamless integration of care and coverage for our members. Coordinate daily operations within the specialty unit, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation. Monitor patient care to ensure compliance with established standards and practices. Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and discipline as needed. Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Ensure clear communication between healthcare providers, patients, and their families. Expertise in clinical techniques and standard medical procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to problem solve and make critical decisions under pressure. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
