Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: California City, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,962 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator Profession: Health Services Specialty: LPC, LCSW, LMFT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days - could be 1st or 2nd shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of five years of clinical experience, including two years in a comparable job position License: Must possess appropriate LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification or licensing in the state where practice occurs Certifications: Current and active CA license required Must-Have: US Citizenship required for clearance Description: This position involves planning and providing clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature. The successful candidate should be able to perform all required functions at a pace and level consistent with actual job performance requirements. Responsibilities include conducting mental health screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews. The role requires providing treatment by developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on an evaluation of needs and level of functioning. Documentation of treatment and evaluation activities in health care records for each individual seen is essential. Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information is required at all times. Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques is necessary. Providing appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of individuals is also part of the job. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area. Candidates must meet the age requirement of at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license is preferred unless required by applicable statute. This position involves working with individuals in correctional settings and requires expertise in counseling. US Citizenship required for ICE clearance.
