Job Description:

As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer's preference. A Cocktail Server will be required to have an extensive knowledge of our drink menu and be able to recommend and reinforce the customers' orders. A Cocktail Server will also be a resource for Servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our Spirited Drinks. The Cocktail Server will have a general knowledge of our food menu and be able to recommend and upsell food and drink products. A Cocktail Server will be a team player and assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages ensuring that every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
