Job Description:

Hook And Anchor in Newport Beach, CA is looking for one cashier/runner to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 3305 Newport Blvd Ste A. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Pay (including tips) average between $18 - $24 per hour!!!

Weekday and Weekend Availability Preferred

Responsibilities
Selling, expediting, serving food and drinks in addition to quality checks and the clearing and cleaning of the restaurant tables.
Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items in regards to their ingredients and availability
selling and upwelling alcohol and food items
entering orders, taking different types of payment, and making changes on POS computer(s)
interacting with guests and ensuring their complete satisfaction and exceeding guests' expectations
Completing side-work
Ensuring total cleanliness and smooth operation of restaurant
Adhering to Full hands in/Full hands out
Reporting to work in a neat and clean uniform
Maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
Qualifications

Ability to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
State alcohol server license and food handler's card required
State Sexual Harassment Course Completed
High School Diploma Preferred, not required
Excellent communication skills
Multi-task oriented
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
