Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY Retail Store Clerk role involves selling professional beauty brands, educating customers on promotions and trends, processing transactions, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining store appearance. Key Responsibilities Wow the Customer: Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to salon professionals Deliver Results: Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions and events, process and replenish merchandise, participate in inventories and cycle counts, maintain store appearance, and process sales/returns Be an Expert: Gain product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers Collaborate: Work together in a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities Grow and Develop: Commit to excellence and pursue growth opportunities Act with Integrity: Uphold company values in all interactions and responsibilities Requirements Outstanding customer service and communication skills Retail or related experience strongly preferred Basic reading and math skills Ability to use computerized point-of-sale systems; SAP experience preferred Must be able to work weekends as required by availability guidelines Minimum age: 18 years High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
