Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows
college students to learn the business of sports and live
entertainment. In the Human Resources/Talent Development
Department, we have an opportunity for an intern to engage in HR
Operations, which will include administration, onboarding and
offboarding, talent development, and HR projects and initiatives
Responsibilities: Support the onboarding process for new hires,
including paperwork and orientation sessions Assist with
offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork
Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives Assist with
HR initiatives and events by providing administrative support,
helping plan and manage events, supporting day?of execution, and
contributing to post?event recaps and continuous improvement
efforts. Provide project and administrative support to the HR
Compliance Manager, assisting with compliance?related initiatives,
reporting, and process improvement efforts Assist with pre?launch
planning activities for a Talent Marketplace platform, including
supporting skills declaration planning, helping document and
validate skills and competencies for key roles, and contributing to
the creation of a centralized skills library. Provide
administrative and operational support for Talent Development
programs, including coordination, tracking, and documentation.
Curate on-demand learning content within the Learning Management
System (LMS) and assist in creating tools and resources that
reinforce learning objectives from Talent Development programs.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and other computer
applications High attention to detail and ability to manage time
effectively Ability to collaborate with others Ability to learn new
software systems quickly Ability to multi-task and work well under
pressure Must be motivated with a can-do attitude. Strong
organizational skills Must be able to pivot gracefully to
accomplish prioritized tasks in a high-paced, results-oriented
environment. Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a
sense of urgency for projects large and small. Must be a
self-starter. The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum
commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer. Benefits: Work

Location: Los Angeles (On-Site) Bonus: This position is not
eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
