The company manages a combined portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 25,000 apartment units.Job Summary:The Systems Administrator I is responsible to maintain the internal systems of the Company and provide technical assistance to employees.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Service Ticket Management--- Through Service Desk Plus, acknowledges and responds to all assigned service tickets within the specified service level agreement and closes tickets upon resolution, following established ticket management procedures. --- Updates Service Desk Plus tickets with current status on a timely basis.Windows / Systems Administrator--- Thoroughly documents departmental processes, procedures, configurations, and deployment plans.--- Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. --- Responds to needs and questions of users concerning access to network resources ranging from end-user devices to network infrastructure. --- Establishes network users, user environments, directories, and security for remote and corporate networks. --- Provides support services on Microsoft-related technologies: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune MDM, Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, and 365 Defender.--- Provides support services for virtualization technologies, Hyper-V. --- Performs implementation tasks related to company authorized software and hardware. --- Performs daily monitoring of various system alerts and notifications and responds accordingly through service tickets. --- Performs daily activities such as remote monitoring and managing agent script updates, monitoring multiple industry-leading SaaS environments, and conducting periodic system reviews to optimize network performance. --- Contacts Vendors and Manufacturers when required for support issues.--- Ensures implementation of I.T. operating procedures and service standards--- Completes special projects as appropriate.--- Makes recommendations for future upgrades.--- Performs other duties as required.Education and Experience:--- 1 - 2 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Other Qualifications: --- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly strong MS Excel and Outlook skills. --- Prior experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune MDM, Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, and 365 Defender.--- Ability to travel to field offices as needed. --- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision. --- Ability to work overtime as needed.We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location.
