About the Role: We're growing and looking to expand software engineering staff with the addition of a full stack developer located at our office in Newport Beach, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity for a C# .NET Web Developer to play a pivotal role in frontend /middle tier architecture and programming to support the company's web-based applications. This is a great position for the self-motivated, organized candidate who has rigorous attention to detail. The ideal candidate is one that can thrive in a fast-moving, creative company and who appreciates a casual and collaborative environment. Location: Onsite or Hybrid Responsibilities: * Work with other developers to develop and build systems on the .NET platform using cutting-edge techniques, tools, and utilities. * Research, test and implement new technologies, frameworks, and utilities. * Help enforce development standards and best practices. * Work with non-developers to execute the full software development lifecycle on projects. * Participate and provide feedback in brainstorming sessions and scoping meetings. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is strongly preferred. * 5+ years of experience developing applications on the .NET framework using C#. * 5+ years of experience developing web applications using ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, and Web API. * 5+ years of experience with MS-SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server in high transaction environments and writing complex queries (including stored procedures). * 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience with AngularJS and Bootstrap. * Experience with Xamarin is preferred. * Extensive experience with development across all application layers (data, business logic, user interface development). * Understanding of good development practices and code design including object-oriented programming concepts and best practices. * Excellent understanding of design patterns and OOP principles. * Comfortable working in an agile-based team environment with a start-up culture. * The drive and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new projects. * Must be able to clearly communicate technical challenges to business units. * Must have exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision. * Comfortable in a small company environment with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team.
