transforming your career. Associate Director, Global Commercial
Transformation Office What you will do Lets do this. Lets change
the world. In this vital role the Associate Director, Global
Commercial Transformation Office will play a critical role in
advancing the Global Commercial Operations (GCO) transformation
agendadriving strategic projects, enabling organizational change,
and shaping executive-level communications that influence
decision-making and alignment across the global Commercial
organization. This high-visibility role will partner closely with
Commercial leadership, the GCO Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and
enterprise partners to support transformation priorities, drive
business performance, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The
ideal candidate brings strong strategic and financial acumen,
exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate
effectively across a matrixed organization to deliver measurable
business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Project
Leadership Drive and support strategic initiatives that enable
commercial growth, operational excellence, and transformation
across global markets. Develop business cases, recommendations, and
frameworks that inform GCO strategic priorities and
decision-making. Serve as a key thought partner to the Vice
President, GCO Transformation, contributing to portfolio design,
prioritization, and execution of transformation initiatives.
Executive and Board Communications Develop high-impact materials,
presentations, and narratives for senior executives and Board-level
audiences across a wide variety of topics (e.g., global commercial
strategy, global commercial execution, commercial transformation)
Translate complex information into clear, compelling, and visually
engaging communication tailored for strategic audiences. Support
storytelling that inspires alignment and mobilizes action across
GCO and enterprise stakeholders. Change Management and
Communications Design and execute communication and change
strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, tools,
and operating models. Partner with global and regional leaders to
embed change at all levelstranslating strategic intent into
actionable outcomes. Collaborate with internal communications and
transformation partners to ensure messaging consistency and
engagement throughout the organization. Opportunity Identification
and Business Insights Assess opportunities across GCO and
cross-functional areas to identify transformation levers and
performance improvement initiatives. Leverage data and analytics to
inform business cases and measure impact of key initiatives.
Connect transformation insights to enterprise objectives and drive
alignment across stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement and
Collaboration Build strong partnerships across GCO, Finance, Tech,
HR, and other enterprise teams to ensure alignment and effective
delivery of strategic priorities. Collaborate with the Results
Delivery Office (RDO) and Tech and Workforce Strategy teams to
drive transformation outcomes and benefit realization. Foster
collaboration across global, regional, and local Commercial teams
to accelerate implementation of change. Why This Role Matters This

these qualifications. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 3
years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy,
business transformation, or related disciplines OR Masters degree
and 5 years of experience in management consulting, commercial
strategy, business transformation, or related disciplines OR
Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience in management
consulting, commercial strategy, business transformation, or
related disciplines OR Associates degree and 12 years of experience
in management consulting, commercial strategy, business
transformation, or related disciplines OR High school diploma / GED
and 14 years of experience in management consulting, commercial
strategy, business transformation, or related disciplines Preferred
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, or
related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.
8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, commercial
strategy, business transformation, or related disciplines. Proven
ability to lead and support complex projects with multiple
stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment. Exceptional written
and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience
preparing executive- and Board-level materials. Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities. Experience in
organizational transformation, change management, or communications
strongly preferred. High degree of executive presence,
professionalism, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes

range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted.
Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not
limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. In
