Job Description:
Foreign Military Sales Analyst The Opportunity: Collaborate with
thought leaders on projects for Foreign Military Sales ( FMS ) and
Security Cooperation . Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan,
and support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation
objectives. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or
more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture.
Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise , and full
industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex
problems. Work without considerable direction while mentoring and
supervising team members, as needed. You Have: 7 years of
experience with FMS case management 7 years of experience
developing FMS cases in the Defense Security Assistance Management
System ( DSAMS ) 6 years of experience in Program Management, Acqui
sit ion Management, or International Operations Experience with
using Micro sof t Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Teams, and Outlook Knowledge of defense acqui sit ion systems
Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and
organization, decision-making, work delegation, and employee
development Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of the Management Information System - International
Logistics ( MISIL ) , Security Cooperation Information Portal (
SCIP ) , and Information Warehouse ( IW ) Possession of excellent
problem-solving skills Master's degree Foreign Military Sales (
FMS, ) Security Cooperation from Defense Security Cooperation
Univer sit y ( DSCU ) , or Defense Acqui sit ion Univer sit y ( DAU
) Certification Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to
a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information ; Secret

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual’s particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to
$176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting
