Counsel to join our legal team, reporting to our Chief Legal
Officer. You'll work closely with the CLO to develop the securities
and corporate governance legal function and set the stage for
public company readiness at Acorns. You'll be a key contributor to
the legal team, both as an ultimate general corporate legal
athlete, as well as a specialist in securities, capital markets and
corporate transactions. You'll be expected to simplify complex
legal information and advice in a way that can be communicated,
understood and embraced by team members at all levels, including
the Acorns Board and executive team. This role has the option to be
remote or based in our Irvine or New York offices. You are not
