• Work-from-home stipendJob DetailsThe Senior Family Law Attorney will handle complex family law cases, guide clients through difficult times, and represent them effectively in court. This role requires an attorney with substantial experience in family law, the ability to think critically, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of complex family law cases, including divorce, custody, guardianship, domestic violence, and more.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and guidance throughout their case.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, or negotiation proceedings.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Remain current on changes in family law and the legal landscape in California.Qualifications:
    • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
    • At least 10 years of experience in Family Law practice.
    • Superior negotiation and litigation skills.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and oral forms.
    • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple cases and tasks.
