• Great job-progression to PartnerJob DetailsWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients in various areas of law, including wage and hour, labor and employment, and PAGA. You will work closely with our senior attorneys to provide excellent legal services to our clients.Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law, including wage and hour, labor and employment, and PAGA.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.Qualifications:
    • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active and in good standing with the California State Bar.
    • 3+ years of experience as an Attorney, Associate Attorney, Labor and Employment Attorney, or Labor and Employment Lawyer.
    • Experience with wage and hour, labor and employment, and PAGA.
    • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
